Mission of TIA

At Region 8 ESC, our mission is to support districts in building fair, meaningful systems that celebrate and reward excellent teaching. We partner closely with district teams to make the TIA process clear, manageable, and aligned to their goals. By offering guidance, training, and ongoing support, we help districts use TIA to strengthen teaching, retain great educators, and elevate the student experience across our region.
