The Reedsville High School volleyball teams are once again hosting our “Clawing Toward a Cure” Breast Cancer Awareness night.
Our special event is scheduled for Thursday, September 22 against the Kohler Blue Bombers. This will be our twelfth year of helping
to raise awareness, money, and support for those in the battle against this terrible disease that affects so many people.
In the past eleven years we have donated more than $40,000!
Your generosity is integral to the success of our efforts. During our match on that evening, a bucket raffle will be held.
Items such as sporting event tickets, gift certificates, and gift baskets have been a part of past bucket raffles.
Your generosity will help us make this a very special evening.
Last year we raised $2,635.70, this amount was matched by Bill Lorrigan Construction, Inc., bringing our total donation to $5,271.40!!
That money will be donated to Holy Family Memorial Breast Cancer Unit during our match that night. This year's proceeds will be
donated to Aurora Medical Center in Two Rivers.
As in years past, the Reedsville Panther volleyball team members will be selling t-shirts that commemorate our Pink Night match.
The t-shirts, which are a 50/50 cotton blend, come in short sleeves and long sleeves. Youth sizes are available, but only for the short sleeve version of the t-shirt.
T-shirt Prices
Short Sleeve: $10 (SM, MD, L, XL)
For sizes XXL, XXXL, and XXXXL add $5
Long Sleeve: $15 (SM, MD, L, XL)
For sizes XXL, XXXL, and XXXXL add $5
If you would like to purchase a shirt, you can do so through any member fo the Panther volleyball team or by stopping in at the Reedsville High School or Elementary School office.
All orders must be made by Wednesday, September 7.
As a part of our Pink Night t-shirt sales, we are offering a blue version of this year's t-shirt to help Nick Krepline's battle with colon cancer. Nick is a Reedsville alum that was recently diagnosed with stage 3C rectal cancer. Proceeds from the purchase of a blue shirt will be donated to the Krepline family to help in Nick's battle with cancer.
