So, I started thinking that it would be great to add to multiple slideshows with a single form. I added a category to the slide show form, so that I can use a query to automatically update the different slideshows on the fly.
All the pertinent formulas are on the spreadsheet below. Make a copy, modify, and enjoy.

So this form has a new category multiple choice element. This means that with the one input form you can add photo slide shows to several different awesome table slideshows.
You will have to make an awesoe table view for each slideshow, because you are connecting to different sheets in the form spreadsheet,
The query function (in conjunction with the arrayformula) moves all the slides in a category to its own sheet. The master sheet would be a slide show of all the photos you have uploaded, if you wanted.
I think the cool thing about this is you could update multiple slideshows on different websites with the single form.
This is the spreadsheet that is collecting the form data. You can make a copy and see how the formulas work to auto update the slideshow when you submit the form, and also how the multiple categories can then be setup as separate awesome table slideshows. If one wanted they can make an animated gif of several images with an oval mask, wherein you could add a nice footer to your google sites. This has a black mask on a black image for the section.
