The Advanced Digital Storytelling class is an elective at Moore Middle School. Students learn about journalism, film production, graphic design, and project management by making weekly broadcasts and helping to maintain a student website. The students work in groups to plan, script, film, edit, and publish the broadcast over a three or four week period. They will also plan and create short entertaining or informative videos.
This elective is similar to yearbook and ASB, as students are creating a product for other students to enjoy. It is open to seventh and eighth graders, and can be repeated both years.
