** Remember you need to be offered a job first before requesting a Work Permit.
Please download and print out the Work Permit Request form below and complete all sections including Student, Parent and Employer with signatures.
- BE SURE THAT EACH SECTION IS COMPLETED CORRECTLY -

Before starting your job hunt, be sure to check to see if you are eligible for a Work Permit. Students must meet the criteria below:

Follow these steps once you have received a job offer:

- Download and Print the Work Permit Application
- Complete the form including your social security # and signatures of Student, Parent and Employer (use pen)
- After everything is completed, turn in your completed form to Mrs. Padilla in the RHS Student Center or email Mrs. Hill if a Work Permit is requested during the summer (see flyer above for details).
