Career Activities at ReDI

The Career Coaching program runs alongside your course and gives you space to reflect, grow, and plan your next professional steps. Over about six months, you’ll be matched with a volunteer career coach who will support you through conversations about your goals, strengths, and direction in the job market.

Together, you’ll explore topics such as:

• Clarifying your career goals and aspirations

• Building confidence in your skills and story

• Understanding the Danish job market and workplace culture

• Navigating job search strategies, networking, and professional communication

• Adapting your CV and profile to local expectations

Through partnerships, some learners may also access special opportunities. These can include:

• Short-term fellowships or internships

• Invitations to external conferences or events

Not all students will participate, but engaging actively in the ReDI community helps open doors to possibilities like these.
