At ReDI, learning tech skills is only part of your journey. Our career activities are designed to help you prepare for what comes next: building confidence, exploring opportunities, and connecting with the tech industry.
The Career Coaching program runs alongside your course and gives you space to reflect, grow, and plan your next professional steps. Over about six months, you’ll be matched with a volunteer career coach who will support you through conversations about your goals, strengths, and direction in the job market.
Together, you’ll explore topics such as:
Clarifying your career goals and aspirations
Building confidence in your skills and story
Understanding the Danish job market and workplace culture
Navigating job search strategies, networking, and professional communication
Adapting your CV and profile to local expectations
You’ll receive more information about how to apply once your course begins.
Each semester, we host events to help you connect with the tech world. Events vary, but in the past we’ve organized:
Company visits to local tech firms
Networking evenings with professionals and alumni
Workshops on applications, portfolios, and interviews
Events may look different each semester, but you can expect opportunities to meet industry professionals, practice career skills, and grow your network.
