Applying for a ReDI course is simple:

Explore our courses and find the one that excites you.
Join our interest list (external link) to be notified when applications open.
Submit your application during the application period.
Take part in a group interview if you’re invited.
Get your result and, if accepted, start your ReDI journey!

ReDI School is a non-profit oranization that supports underrepresented communities. To make sure our courses reach those who benefit most, we have a few criteria we look for during the selection process:
Must-Have Criteria

You self-identify as a woman or non-binary
You have an immigrant or refugee background (from outside the EU/EØS)
You have an interest in tech and a desire to learn
Nice to Have
Nice to Have
You show motivation to participate actively
You are exploring job opportunities or planning to job-search after your course
You have reflected on your personal goals and what you want to gain from the program
You are unemployed or working in a field unrelated to your training
You are not currently a full-time student
Please note: This is not a checklist, and you do not need to meet every “Nice to Have.” The most important factors are your identity, background, and genuine interest in joining the ReDI community.

At ReDI School, we want you to get the most out of your learning journey. To make this possible, we ask all learners to commit to the following:

Classes run once a week in the evening for 12 weeks (Spring semester: March–June, Fall semester: September–December).
To receive a course certificate, you need to attend at least 10 out of 12 sessions in person.
Be Present and Involved
Be Present and Involved
Classes include breaks to keep the sessions engaging and inclusive.
Courses are designed for in-person learning. We don’t offer online participation, as our classes depend on interaction and group work.
If you miss a class, it’s your responsibility to inform your teachers and catch up by asking classmates or reviewing the materials.
Communicate with Us
Communicate with Us
If you get sick or can’t attend, let your teachers know. They manage the class and can guide you on how to stay up to date.
Don’t hesitate to ask for help! Our volunteer teachers and your fellow learners are here to support you.
By joining ReDI School, you become part of a community. We count on your motivation, attendance, and active participation to make the experience valuable for both you and your classmates.
