        • Find all job openings from partner companies and apply to them directly. These are companies that have applied to join our ReDI Talent Pool and have real job openings. 

        • Get your profile approved to let these companies find you and contact you!

• Make sure to submit your profile for review once you filled in all mandatory fields. This way we can approve it. 

• Only then, you will have access to all features of the Talent Pool
