With the mentorship program, you have the opportunity to get connected to professionals from the tech industry.
- As a "mentee" you will get guidance, career advice, or technical support with your professional goals.
- A "mentor" is a person who can support you with struggles you may have in your ReDI course, or while looking for a job or internship, or simply help you find the right next steps in you career!

HOW? You and your mentor will decide the best time and how often you would like to meet and where (Zoom, Google Meet, in person, etc.)
STEPS:
Sign up as a mentee on ReDI Connect;
Verify your email address and watch the onboarding tutorial;
Create a meaningful profile - work on your description and goals;
Submit your Profile for review and wait for profile approval.
Approvals usually take place weekly.
You will receive a notification email when your profile is approved;
Once Approved, you will have access to our mentors database. You can access it through the "Find a Mentor" tab;
Browse through mentors profiles and send "Mentorship Applications" to mentors you are interested in.
You can send an application by clicking on "Apply for this mentor" button on the mentor's profile.
The first mentor who accepts you application will be your match!
