The Coordinated Assessment Model (CAM) is a systematic approach to homelessness in Detroit, Highland Park and Hamtramck that focuses on aligning the needs of individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of becoming homeless to available shelter and housing resources.
If you believe your children may be eligible for certain rights and protections under the federal McKinney-Vento Act, contact the local liaison to find out what services and supports may be available. There also may be supports available for your preschool-age children.

Eviction Diversion Program is a collaboration between Wayne CAA, Lakeshore Legal Aid, MDHHS, ACCESS and the Courts to reduce the number of evictions across Out-Wayne County.
