In the interest of being as efficient as we can in the preparation for our Sunday worship gatherings, we have outlined below our timeline goals for Sunday mornings, from call time to service time. The only way we will achieve these goals each week is if we are working together and pulling in the same direction - so thanks for serving, and for helping us achieve these goals each week by coming prepared and arriving on time. We’re glad to have you on the team!
FIRST SERVICE
6:00 AM - Sound Team call-time
6:30 AM - ProPresenter call-time
7:00 AM - Worship Team call-time
7:00 AM - Prayer, team meeting, rehearsal overview
7:10 AM - Soundcheck starts *Please play or sing what you would deem the loudest you will during the service*
7:15 AM - Worship run-through
8:20 AM - Host/Announcements/Preacher call-time
8:30 AM - Run-through ends, Host/Announcements mic check and run-through, Preacher mic check
8:35 AM - Auditorium doors open
8:45 AM - Preservice run-through and prayer - all service participants
8:50 AM - Teams standing by in serving locations
9:00 AM - Countdown finishes, service starts
10:15-10:30 AM - Typical service end
10:30 AM - Fellowship with congregation, Snacks/Drinks in green room!
SECOND SERVICE
10:45 AM - Reset settings for start of service
11:00 AM - Pre-service prayer backstage, Reminders and clarifications - all service participants
11:05 AM - Teams standing by at serving location.
11:15 AM - Countdown finishes, service starts
12:45-1:00 PM - Typical service end
POST SERVICE
1:00 PM - Team recap and prayer
1:05 PM - Clean up stage, shut down systems
