Susan Albern has been involved in Northern Colorado association and property management since 1990. She opened Redcliff management in 2020 with the desire to remain a small company providing excellent customer service, high standards, and a commitment to empowering every community we serve.

General Manager

AT Redcliff Management, LLC

Susan began in community association management in 1995 and led a company serving 33 associations and over 4,500 units in Northern Colorado. Upon selling that company in 2010, she started a nation-wide maintenance coordination company serving over 102,000 homes across the country.

She holds a bachelors in business and also has decades of accounting experience.

Her preference now is to have a smaller company with only a few select customers; enough to stay busy but leave plenty of time for hiking, biking, and paddle boarding.

Maintenance Manager

Mike is a seasoned real estate professional with 7 years in the industry, and man, does he know buildings! He owned a precision machine shop for 16 years so is tuned in to quality workmanship and customer service.

Mike is a skilled craftsman when it comes to building and maintenance.

He is a journeyman electrician and well versed in plumbing, construction, and mechanics. Mike has a quick wit, so working with him is entertaining and easy!
