Personal data processing clause

We would like to inform you that your personal data is controlled by RED SKY with its seat in Szczecin at Al. Piastów 22, National Court Register No. (KRS) 0000209107, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 642-26-83-651 [hereinafter referred to as: Red Sky]. If you are participating in the recruitment for one or more Red Sky affiliates [hereinafter referred to as: Related Company/Affiliates], a full list of which together with contact details is available here: [LINK], such Affiliate will co-manage your personal information with Red Sky.

If you consent to the processing of your data for future recruitment purposes, Redsky will co-manage your data separately with each of the Affiliates. The data subject shall have the right to withdraw his or her consent to the processing of personal data at any time. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by a statement made to the controller of your data in any form. Withdrawal of your consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was made on the basis of the consent before it was revoked.

Consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of current recruitment processes

I consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes of current recruitment processes conducted by Red Sky and the Affiliated Company conducting the recruitment which I wish to participate in, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

I consent to the processing of my personal data for future recruitment processes conducted by Red Sky Sp. z o.o. or any of its Affiliates in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
