(hereinafter referred to as the: Partner), such Partner will, along with Red Sky, be the joint controller of your personal information. If you consent to the processing of your data for future recruitment purposes, Redsky will co-control your data separately with each of the Partners.
The arrangements between the joint controllers shall be made available to the data subjects of the personal data processed.

Why are your personal data collected and processed?
Your personal data (hereinafter: Data) will be processed in order to:
conduct recruitment processes on the basis of the consent you have given (under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
participate in future recruitment procedures on the basis of the consent you have given (under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
pursue legitimate interests of Red Sky or Partner, in the form of direct marketing of Red Sky or Partner (under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
realize legitimate interests of Red Sky or Partner, in the form of: keeping statistics of job applications/cooperation (under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
pursue legitimate interests of Red Sky or Partner in the form of determining, investigating or defending against possible claims (on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
Your personal data shall not be transferred to third countries or international organisations.
Your submission of Data (included in CV) is a necessary condition for us to consider you as part of the recruitment process for the position applied for in the job offer/co-operation.
Personal data retention period
If you have not consented to the use of your data for future recruitment, your Data will be stored only until the end of the current recruitment process. If your consent to the processing of your data was obtained for the purposes of future recruitment, your data will be stored for a period of 1 year from the date on which you provide us with your data, and after the end of that period for the period necessary to fulfil the obligations imposed on the Controller by generally applicable laws or until the expiry of the limitation period for claims related to the recruitment procedure (whichever is longer).
Do we share your personal data with other parties: recipients / categories of recipients?
Your Data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients Red Sky's affiliated companies indicated below, entities authorized by law, entities authorized on the basis of contracts concluded by Red Sky or Red Sky's affiliated companies, in particular companies providing personnel consultancy services and personnel services to Red Sky or Red Sky's affiliated companies, performing research on candidates for employment with Red Sky or Red Sky's affiliated companies, legal and accounting advisors, Subcontractors of IT infrastructure as well as yourself.

What rights do you have?
The detailed scope of your rights is set out in Chapter III of the GDPR entitled "Rights of the data subject".
At any time, you are entitled to exercise the aforementioned rights, on the terms and conditions provided for by the applicable regulations, in particular:
to request access to your Data,
to request rectification of your Data,
to request erasure of your Data, except where the processing is necessary:
to comply with a legal obligation requiring the processing under European Union law or the law of a Member State which the administrative entity is subject to, or to perform a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the administrative entity,
for archival purposes in the public interest, for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes, insofar as your right referred to in this point c is likely to prevent or seriously impede the purposes of such processing,
to establish, assert or defend claims,
to request limited processing of your Data,
to object to the processing of your Data under Article 6(1)(e) or (f) of the GDPR, including profiling under these provisions,

Can I withdraw my Data at a later date?
If we process your Data on the basis of your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. However, you should be aware that your withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of the Data prior to its withdrawal or the lawfulness of any further processing of that Data where a contractual provision or provision of law permits or requires Red Sky to do so.

Automated Data processing
Your Data may be processed by automated means but will not be used for profiling. Your Data will not be used to make a decision which is based solely on automated processing, including profiling, and which produces legal effects in relation to you or similarly significantly affects you.
Is it a legal requirement to provide Data?
Provision of data is not a statutory requirement but is necessary in order to take part in the recruitment procedure.
