MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
To support the personal, professional and skill development of our teammates by enabling networking, coaching and formal knowledge sharing opportunities through a one-to-one connection with a mentor.
A unique relationship in which the mentor coaches and guides the mentee to develop the mentee's abilities so that he or she can reach their professional and personal goals.

You will be matched with a mentor (at least 1 level up) based on strength & development needs
Program intake occurs once per year in Q1
Attend a virtual kick-off meeting
1 year commitment is required
Ongoing meetings & surveys: minimum 1 hour / month (driven by the mentee)
