The ONE App powered by HomeSpotter is a great way to stay connected with home buyers throughout the home search process. Follow the instructions below to download the Realty ONE Group ONE App and see how to share your branded app directly with clients. There are a few ways to access the ONE App… remember there is a general ONE App that anyONE can download from the App Store. However, the benefit to you is when home buyers are connected to your branded version of the ONE App. Check out the tips below to see how easy it is after that!
Download your branded ONE App by going to
app.realtyonegroup.com/[ZONE USERNAME HERE]
(example: app.realtyonegroup.com/paige.ortiz).
The site should look branded to you.
The site should look branded to you. Enter your cell phone number and you will receive a text message with a link to download your agent and office branded app.
OR follow the steps below to manually connect the ONE App to your branded version:
Go to your mobile phone's app store and search for "Realty ONE Group Home Search.” Download the ONE App -the one with a gold ONE logo and black background.
Open the app and click the hamburger or three stacked lines menu icon in the top left
Click "Agent Search"
Search for your name as it is listed with Realty ONE Group
Click on the arrow right next to your headshot.
Click the "Set as Preferred Agent" button at the bottom of the screen to access your branding.

Open the ONE App and click the hamburger menu in the top left corner
Click "My Account" and select "Register" if this is the first time claiming your account.
Complete the registration form and click "Register" at the top right corner of form
Start saving homes, custom searches and in-app messaging!

Open the ONE App on your mobile device. The app icon shown here.
Click the hamburger or three stacked lines menu at the top left,
Select "Invite to App".
Click the “Text, Email or Post Online” option from the pop up.
Use the contacts in your phone to text or email your branded app directly to buyer clients (edit the text before sharing if desired)!
b) Use the Post Online option to share your branded app on social media accounts through a unique link
