George bastin
George's interest in video editing encouraged him to join the project as a way of building his skill set. Since joining he has learned that he enjoys learning other's stories, which is something this project allows him to do. His skills in video editing have allowed him to put together other people's visions while adding his own flair.
joseline cintron torres
Joseline decided to join this project in the interest of trying something new. Her personality has helped her in the networking aspect of the project. Since joining the class, she has become more comfortable with herself, learning more about responsibility in a professional setting.
malia evans
Malia's interest in this project came from the opportunity to meet RHS alumni and to learn about them. Having so many opportunities to meet new people and to go to new places has made her learn how to be more adaptable; she also gets to see things from different perspectives. She has become an important part of the project due to her skills in photography.
Rebecca higgins
Rebecca's prior experience in media training sparked her interest in this class. Her experience and knowledge in video editing and filming have made various aspects of this project possible. She finds creative inspiration through watching other interviews and documentaries, which in turn helps her while editing the interviews published here.
CLARISS MONTESDEOCA PINARGOTE
Clariss has always had a strong interest in being on camera, and being a part of this project gives her just that chance! She enjoys the opportunity to meet people who have come from the same place as her, but who have different perspectives. She plans on going into journalism after she graduates, so this class is perfect for that career path.
DELIA PARRA-ALMANZA
Delia joined this project with hopes of gaining more photo and video editing experience. She enjoys working behind the scenes in a wide variety of roles, from photography to researching to setting up this website. Being a part of this project has allowed her to work on her communication skills (especially writing emails) which will help her with future job opportunities.
JOSHUA PICHARDO
Joshua's plans for the future consist of a career involving editing and photography, so being a part of this project gives him that additional experience. He enjoys meeting people from his community and learning more about them. His conversation skills and knack for socializing have been key in multiple interviews.
JOAN PINTAG
Joan hopes to find like-minded people with a passion for story-telling in order to learn from them and to be able to cultivate his own voice within the community. With future plans in journalism, he hopes to improve his writing skills and to put himself out there as a creative writer. Additionally, he has learned various aspects of video editing.
CRISTAL QUINTANA
Cristal always had an interest in journalism, so when she had the opportunity to join this project, she took it. As she spent more time working on projects she came to enjoy it more and more. Being a part of this project has given her many opportunities to work on things she had never done before, particularly participating in the interviewing process.
CHERRY TOLENTINO Romero
Cherry was interested in being in front of the camera since before she joined this class. She enjoys having the opportunity to work on a large project and seeing everyone's hard work come together in the end. Ever since joining this project she has gotten the chance to be on camera and practice her on-camera personality.
CHRISTIAN VAZQUEZ
Christian has always loved interacting with others and the ability to be able to contribute in projects. This program has given him the liberty to express himself in ways he never did before, like editing videos and making music for specific purposes. He's also learned how to act more professionally when addressing people, which will definitely help him the long run.
