Training at Home this season: Safety Reminders
Week 1: Finding your pace.
Set out for at least one run this week with a friend or family member. Before beginning, make a goal for yourself - it could be running for a certain amount of time or distance. When you begin, try to find a good pace (or speed) that you can maintain for the whole run. Try to reach your goal and tell us how it goes!
