Pre-Season Booster Club Meeting
We will be holding our Winter Booster Club meeting on Wed. Jan 23rd at 6pm in room 219 at Armstrong High School.
Tuesday Captain's Practices
Starting Tuesday January 15 we will begin dropping the cages for captains practices along with Plyo-work. Cages will be open from 2:15-3:30. Come join the captains to help prepare yourself for the upcoming season by getting in some swings and doing to plyometric work.
Off-season training information for players interested in playing baseball in 2019.
Be prepared for the start of the season by getting in the weight room and preparing at captains practices and taking advantage of your opportunities that are provided for you. Work as a team!
Tuesdays and Thursdays after school-
Captains AJ Sturnieks and Tyler Flis will be leading players in Plyometric work, arm care and speed training.
Weight room is open after school Monday-Thursday right after school-
Stop by the Athletic Office to get a permission form.
Pre-season Dome Time-
Begins February 9th through March 2nd from 9-10pm at the Plymouth Dome. Each week captains and players are invited to warm-up for the season at the Plymouth Dome.
Pre-season Batting Cage time-
Begins February 10th from 7:30-9 at Armstrong's indoor batting cages. Players will be given a chance to do drills and hone their swings with captains and other AHS baseball players.
Pre-season Pitcher throwing-
Wednesday mornings at 6am in the Community Gyms beginning on February 6th. Pitchers will have an opportunity to prepare their arms for tryouts and the upcoming season by playing catch and doing arm care activities.
The Booster Club nor Armstrong Baseball are not liable for any injuries occurring at any of these events. All players optionally participate in preseason activities at their own risk.

Section 6AAAA Play begins Tuesday 5/29
The Section 6AAAA Tournament is hosted by Hopkins High School and will begin on Tuesday May 29.

Falcons V and JV travel to Kansas for Spring Break.
The Falcons V and JV wrapped up their annual trip to Lawrence Kansas this week. We had a great time building team chemistry and working hard on the field. While the weather wasn't the best, the boys worked hard in both indoor and outdoor workouts and are getting prepared to start the 2018 campaign.
