Optional Player Conditioning and Arm care will begin on Monday 3/9 at 3:40 in the AHS Gyms

Monday- AHS Gyms 3:40-5

Tuesday- AHS Gyms 3:40-5

Wednesday- @ Plymouth Dome 4-5

Thursday- AHS Gyms 3:40-5

Friday- AHS Gyms 3:40-5

We are currently hosting Captains practices Tuesday and Thursday Mornings before school.  Also Pine Tar Academy is hosting open cages on Fridays after school.

Optional Fall Player Meeting online

We will be offering an online meeting on Sunday 9/29 at 7pm for those available.  I'll be going over offseason training opportunities, and also explaining how to set up a post-season meeting with myself and other coaches for feedback on this past year to help you prepare for the 2025 spring season.  If you are unable to attend or have questions, no worries, stop by my office in the media center at school next week for the information.
