Biology

Biology is the study of life. It provides a comprehensive look at each of the fundamental areas of biology, studying the molecular, cellular, organismal, and ecological levels. Theories and concepts are presented in detail to give adequate college preparatory background. This is a laboratory course. Students will have extra lab periods three times a week in the fall and twice a week in the spring. Students may choose to work towards earning Honors credit, with increased expectations.
