DLMI Access for new personnel

Procedures for school personnel to subscribe to the DLMI

• You must be logged in to NCEdCloud

  • go to https://schools.nc.gov/ncdlmi

  • subscribe to the DLMI

  • Set User Role in DLMI

    • School Principal – is for the school principal

    • School DLMI Administrator – is for the Media Specialist or the personnel who will enter the data at the school level

    • Make sure you click subscribe at the bottom of the screen

Allow up to 24 hours to receive confirmation by email allowing access to the DLMI
