My name is Cindy Meek and I primarily teach 8th grade physical education. I received my teaching credential from San Jose State University and I have a Master's degree in Physical Education, Recreation, and Health from St. Mary's College. I grew up playing every sport imaginable from volleyball, basketball and softball in high school to softball at the collegiate level. I have always been interested in physical fitness and I love watching all sporting events especially if it involves the Niners, Giants, Warriors and Sharks!

I grew up in San Jose and live in Sunnyvale. I am married and I have one daughter. I enjoy reading the newspaper, watching any sporting event, exercising, and walking with my dog. We used to go jogging together but she is retired and going for walks now.
