Sports Re-qualification 

Playing a Sport at East

Congratulations on your decision to participate in a sport at East! In order to try-out for any one of our many sports, you must meet several requirements:

1. Sports Re-qualification Link (Family ID)

2. Have an updated physical

3. Complete East Athletic Code of Conduct

Re-qualification Form 

Each scholar must complete the re-qualification form at the beginning of each season. This process is not completed until the school nurse has confirmed your physical and signed off on your participation. Physicals must be less than one year old to be valid. Once the re-qualification process is completed, the school nurse with hand you paperwork confirming your status. You will bring your status form to the coach of your desired sport at tryouts. The athletic director and school nurse with maintain your re-qualification form.

Eligibility Policy 

Maintain a 2.0 GPA or higher

Maintain a 90 % daily attendance

Demonstrate good citizenship inside and out of school

Code of Conduct 

For more details on the eligibility policy and expectations of a scholar-athlete, please read the Athletic East Code of Conduct. This document must be signed by parent/guardian and scholar with the re-qualification paperwork at the beginning of each season.
