East Athletics

Welcome to the Official Home of East Athletics!

We are proud of our rich tradition of sporting excellence, and of the hundreds of scholars that participate annually. With 43 different teams offered at the lower and upper schools, we provide our scholars an incredible number of choices when it comes to athletic opportunities.

Coaches at East are certified, dedicated and hard-working professionals who derive great joy from teaching our scholar-athletes. They help our scholars become the best they can be, both on the field of play and in their lives off the field.

Scholars in grades 7 and 8 have the opportunity to take part in our modified program, which offers young athletes an opportunity to develop their skills and learn the fundamentals of their chosen sport. At this level, we strive to emphasize competition, dedication, discipline and a work ethic that will last a lifetime. The modified program prepares young scholar-athletes for enhanced competition at the freshman, junior varsity and varsity levels.

Scholars in grades 9, 10, 11 and 12 have the opportunity to take part in our interscholastic athletic program. At the upper school level, our programs work to enhance the foundation that was developed at the modified program, with an increased stress on competition, dedication, discipline and work ethic.
