How do I pay for services?
The Rehab Concierge accepts the following insurances & EAPs, can assist you in accessing your out-of-network benefits, and also accepts all major credit cards. If you choose to utilize your insurance benefits or EAP benefits, the Rehab Concierge is credentialed with the following insurance carriers:

We also accept the following EAP programs:

Confide Enhanced EAP
Optum Live & Work Well
Optum Emotional Wellbeing Solutions
**Please note that insurance cannot be used for Clarity Compass services, as these services are considered out-of-pocket.
