Jennifer Turner-Taylor, MS, CRC-CVE, LCMHC
Jennifer Taylor is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and Certified Vocational Evaluator with a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Winston Salem State University. Her training sits at the intersection of mental health and career development, allowing her to understand both the emotional and functional impact of health changes.
She has years of experience supporting individuals navigating disability, chronic illness, workplace stress, career disruption, and life transition. Her work includes counseling, career consultations, return to work planning, and helping professionals understand complex systems tied to income, benefits, and employment decisions.
Jennifer founded Rehab Concierge after seeing capable people being underserved. Some received emotional support but no clear practical plan for implementation. Others were given technical reports without space to process identity loss, fear, relationship strain, or major life transitions. She created a model that bridges both.
Rehab Concierge blends steady therapeutic support with a clear strategy so clients can rebuild body trust, clarify capacity, strengthen relationships, and make sustainable decisions with confidence during seasons of change.
