What is the Science Fair?
The Science Fair is an at home project that students create to understand the scientific method. This is a great project to work on as a family especially during the fall break or holiday break. Students learn so much about what worked and what didn't.
How does the Science Fair Work?
Students ONLY have to create a board for display/judging following Student Handbook.
Student won't model their presentation or give any speeches.
In January, students will have their science boards judged.
There will be 3 winners for K-2 and 3 winners for 3-5. These winners may compete in the district science fair.

All Workshops will be held in A202, Mrs. Oliver's Classroom 5:00-5:30pm

October 17: Workshop # 1 - What is the Science fair/Scientific Method/Testable Question
November 7: Workshop # 2 - How-To Research and Conduct An Experiment or Questions and Answers
December 5: Workshop # 3 - How-To Report Results and Draw Conclusions

January 16 - Projects DUE Today, please bring them to Cherry
January 22 - Campus Elementary Science Fair judging day, if you are a winner you will be notified via phone call and/or email
February -District Science Fair TBA
