There is a film often used in discussing gender stereotypes where children are asked to draw their ideas of traditionally stereotyped jobs. This site includes a number of versions of the film from different countries, including one from China in Mandarin.

This is the type of self-talk we want our kids to embrace to cultivate a strong relationship with their bodies. In the face of unrealistic standards set by social media and ongoing diet culture, we need to be proactive to help kids truly fall in awe with their amazing bodies.
