RCEIAA Annual Fee for 2026–2027

At our annual general meeting on June 12, 2026, it was decided that we will continue asking participating schools to pay a one-time fee for the 2026-2027 RCEIAA tournaments. 

The fee for each tournament is $60.00. Most schools attend 12 tournaments throughout the school year (flag football, Gr 7 & 8 girls and boys volleyball, Gr 7 & 8 girls and boys basketball, Gr 7 & Gr 8 badminton, Bill Tyrell track meet). Some schools are unable to attend all of them, so a scale of payment amount has been set up. We are asking that each school representative complete the form below, indicating which sports their school will be participating in this school year. Please adjust the scale of payment to match the number of sports your school will be participating in. For example, if St. Joseph’s Calabogie participates in the Bill Tyrrell Track Meet, they will need to include an additional $60 in their payment, as it was not indicated below.

Payments must be made by October 30, 2026. If a school does not have their payment in by this date, they will not be able to participate in the RCEIAA tournaments.
