At our annual general meeting on June 13, 2025, it was decided that we will continue asking participating schools to pay a one-time fee for the 2025-2026 RCEIAA tournaments.
The fee for each tournament is $60.00. Most schools attend 12 tournaments throughout the school year (flag football, Gr 7 & 8 girls and boys volleyball, Gr 7 & 8 girls and boys basketball, Gr 7 & Gr 8 badminton, Bill Tyrell track meet). Some schools are unable to attend all of them, so a scale of payment amount has been set up. We are asking that each school representative complete the form below, indicating which sports their school will be participating in this school year. Please adjust the scale of payment to match the number of sports your school will be participating in. For example, if St. Joseph’s Calabogie participates in the Bill Tyrrell Track Meet, they will need to include an additional $60 in their payment, as it was not indicated below.

We ask each school to forward a $720.00 cheque to cover the entry fees with the exception of the schools listed below.
St. Joseph’s High School $420.00 (no Grade 7 students)
Our Lady of Fatima $420.00 (no Grade 8 students)
St. James $240.00 (usually participates in one of basketball, volleyball, badminton, and flag football)
St. Joseph’s Calabogie $60.00 (Bill Tyrell Track Meet)
St. Thomas the Apostle $60.00 (Bill Tyrrell Track Meet)
Queen Elizabeth $60.00 (Bill Tyrrell Track Meet)
Central $60.00 (Bill Tyrrell Track Meet)
John XXIII $60.00 (Bill Tyrrell Track Meet)
