Jack Quinn was drafted to the Buffalo Sabres 8th overall in the 2020 NHL entry draft. He played for the Rochester Americans of the AHL in his last year of OHL eligibility as the Ottawa 67s season was canceled to the pandemic. In an injury-shortened season, he played in 15 games and had 9 points with the Amerks.
In his second season with the Rochester Americans, he quickly became the leading rookie scorer in the AHL and played in his first NHL game for the Buffalo Sabres on January 11th against the Tampa Bay Lightning. In his second NHL game on January 20, 2022, Jack scored his first NHL goal against the Dallas Stars' Braden Holtby.
In the 2022/2023 NHL Jack became a regular on The Buffalo Sabres.
