Each day, students rotate through three engaging instructional sessions led by licensed performing arts educators.
Students will participate in acting and blocking activities that focus on character development and stage presence, music sessions that build vocal technique and ensemble skills, and movement instruction that supports choreography, coordination, and expressive performance.
Throughout the workshop, students collaborate as a cast to rehearse and prepare a complete musical production in a welcoming, age-appropriate environment.
The workshop concludes with a fully staged musical performance in Red Bank Regional’s Joe Russo III Theatre. Performing on a high school stage is an exciting and memorable experience and provides students with the opportunity to celebrate their hard work and growth with family and friends.
Red Bank Regional’s Summer Theatre Workshop is designed to be inclusive, supportive, and engaging for all students. The program is taught by licensed, professional performing arts educators and emphasizes growth, teamwork, and confidence rather than auditions or prior experience.
Students are encouraged to take creative risks, support one another, and enjoy the process of making theatre together.
Spots are limited. Families are encouraged to register early to secure placement in the program.
