The ROMAA Group has a long and successful history in the construction and housing industry in India. Based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, the company has over 30 years of experience in the field. The group has developed best-in-class residential apartments and has successfully completed over 500,000 sq ft of residential projects. Another 300,000 sq ft are currently under development.

The company also boasts a strong focus on quality and adherence to industry benchmarks. They employ experienced engineers and project managers who meticulously oversee all projects from architectural design and planning to material selection and construction execution.

In addition to its work in housing, the ROMAA Group is also involved in various other activities related to construction, including the trading of building materials like cement, steel, bricks, and blue metals. They own metal quarries and started manufacturing ready-mix concrete in 2006.
