Welcome to our Year 3 website. Here we will be able to send reminders, share letters, photos and key dates, as well as what the children are learning this term. 

Trip

On Tuesday 3rd December Y3 will be going on a trip to the Natural History Museum.

On Thursday 5th December Y3 will be going to Millfield theatre to see Aladdin and the Magic Lamp.

Accessing Google Classrooms

All the children's passwords can be accessed on Google Classroom. 

Follow these steps to access Google Classroom and the passwords: 

1) Open Google and type - login google classroom

2) Open the tab and enter the childrens login details: 

Username: the children have been sent home with their login. If you don't have it, it is the first 3 letters of their first name and the first 3 letters of their surname. For example: aaabbb@raymat.net. 

Password: All the children know their password.  It is what they use for our computing lessons. 

3) Go to classwork and then click on the file that says passwords. 

Books 

All children have been given a book to take home and read. Please ensure the book is returned to school when it is finished to enable your child to take another book home. 

What Year 3 Are Learning About

History: 

The children will be learning about Stone Age Britain   

Science: 

The children will be learning about the different types of rocks and soils

Maths: 

It is not possible to list the topics in maths because the children are taught in groups.
