Welcome to Reception and our Literacy area :)
This is where we will share with you all of what reception will be completing in literacy , you will be able to share in the story, learn the makaton signs and see some of the childrens work.
For now we wanted to share with you some of our favourite stories that we enjoy.
This week we will be beginning our new story for literacy called 'The Everywhere Bear'. This is a stunning story about where a bear travels and what he sees/experiences along the way. We hope you enjoy the story at home too.
This week we have been practising writing our names and recognising sounds. We have been using whiteboard pens and pencils as ways to write our name.
