2.8.22 Kristine Burmeister has been working with Google Slides and hyperdocs & hyperlinks in her classes. She shared two examples of different hyperdocs. The first is a short check for understanding that all students complete and submit on Schoology. The second is a lengthier assignment but allows students to take ownership in their learning and choose what they want to learn more about. These hyperdocs promote student choice, learning and engagement. Contact Kristine for more information on how to use hyperdocs with your students.

12.17.21 Jane Garver has been podcasting with her students over the past few years to help bring student engagement and learning into her social studies and language arts classes. Students seem to have a lot of fun creating these. I spent a lot of time listening and laughing along with these podcasts. Jane just received a grant for a subscription to a podcast sound program as well as microphones to enhance her students' experience. Please contact Jane for more info if you would like to learn more about bringing podcasts into your classroom.
