Nevermore Academy is a sanctuary for outcasts. Freaks. Monsters. And occasionally, the exceptionally mummified. A new student has arrived, a fascinating specimen named Amasis. He hails from ancient Egypt, perfectly preserved by rituals dating back millennia. But something is amiss. Wednesday Addams, with her keen eye for decay and disaster, has noticed Amasis is... fading. His linen bandages are dulling, his ancient power weakening. He’s becoming less 'eternally preserved' and more 'dangerously close to dust.' Wednesday suspects a vital piece of his mummification ritual, an ancient explanation of how he was made, has been lost. Without it, Amasis will crumble away before the next full moon. Time is, quite literally, running out.
