Snow Plows

Grade 1

Students in Grade 1 focus on the question, "Why does one need a community?" As part of their learning, they explore different people in a community and how the different contributors impact the success of the community. In the Kol-lab, we talked about snow plow operators, the importance of this job, and the basic functions and design of a snow plow. 

Then, teams of students turned the Dash robot into snow plows.
