• If the tutor doesn’t comply, they’ll be placed under Lesson Slot Hiding (LSH) until they do. Tutors under LSH will only appear to students who have bookmarked their profiles.

• If there’s still no compliance after initial submissions, the tutor will be put under both LSH and Manage Schedule Blocking (MSB) until they meet the requirements.

• Additional requirements or screening will then be needed before approving OTSA.

Once your written introduction is approved, you can go ahead and submit your video introduction.
