Click on the following link: "Empty White Room Interior Design."

Click "Download" > "Free Download" and save the image to your computer.

Launch Zoom.

Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.

Select "Settings."

In Settings, go to "Background & Effects" or "Virtual Background."

Click the "+" icon to add a new image.

Select the white background image you downloaded.

Choose the white background from your list.

If using a green screen, check "I have a green screen."

Without a green screen, ensure your background is as plain as possible.

Start a new Zoom meeting.

Adjust your position, lighting, and camera for the best result.

Click "New Meeting" in Zoom.

Ensure your video is on and the white background is applied.

Center yourself in the frame.

Check your audio and minimize distractions.

Click "Record" at the bottom of the Zoom window.

Choose "Record on this Computer" or "Record to the Cloud."

Click "End Meeting for All."

Zoom will convert and save the recording to your computer.

Review your recording in the saved location.

Edit as needed using video editing software.
