Ran's Capital Construction was founded by Ran Silva over 30 years ago as an HVAC company in LA County. Ran started his journey in construction in Sri Lanka over 50 years ago. Starting out as an HVAC technician, he sold everything to pursue opportunities in the USA. Once coming to California, Ran obtained his HVAC license and started growing his business base. 

For over 20 years RCC expanded their operations solely based on repeat clients and word of mouth advertising.  This has always been a testament to their customer service and quality of work. Along with his family to support his efforts, and loyal repeat business clients, Ran has made his dreams of a sustainable HVAC business.  

Once his son-in-law, Priya Gunasena joined, bringing over 10 years of construction and project management expertise, Ran set his sights on obtaining his General Contractors license.  This faithful step, took RCC to a new heights.  They were able to secure larger contracts and true expand their EBIDTA.

RCC's newest frontier in commercial solar installation is proving to be their most lucrative as a partnership with DeSilva Power Projects and has brought over 10yrs of solar expertise to their team.
