HVAC Technician (open until filled)

We are looking for an experienced HVAC technician to join our team. We have a large customer base and provide residential and commercial service. We are looking for someone who is happy to join a company that is growing and looking to grow with us.

Qualifications:

• 4+ year experience in the field.

• Can do full HVAC installations without supervision.

• Confident to successfully troubleshoot HVAC issues alone.

• Works well in a team environment.

• Takes initiative and is comfortable to make decisions when needed.

• Understand how to read architectural drawings. 

• Strong understanding of mechanical code.

• Experience with residential and commercial installations a plus.

• Willing to be flexible and do other work when needed. 

Requirements: 

• Valid Driver's License 

• Clean driving record and insurable

• EPA Certification

• Authorized to work in the United States

Hours: Monday to Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; hours may vary based on workload; occasional weekends may be required.

Pay: $50,000 per year + annual performance bonus; no benefits offered at this time.
