• Publicity officer:

  • Posts planned: promote applications for freshman senators, create club posts for the academic year, and a post for freshman senators once elected.

  • Posters: must be submitted 2 weeks in advance for approval.

• Committee Reports

  • Academic Affairs (Chair: Ally Horne)

    • Google forms to gauge student academic well-being.

• SOCC (Chair: Abi Brigman)

  • • Organizing constitutions and ensuring proper filing of paperwork.

    • Members: Mike Williams, Jesse Fry, Taniya Jackson.

• Campus Life (Chair: Kareem Gordon)

  • • Acts as a communicator between dining services and student engagement.

    • Members: Shane Smith, Piper Demartino, Abby Gilbert.

• Town Halls

  • To be held in Hampson Commons (estimated Week 5).

  • Incentives: snacks provided.

• All Clubs Meeting

  • Concerns voiced regarding constitutions and advisor engagement.

  • Requirement: All clubs must include Kayleigh Skripko in their GroupMe chats when affiliated with SG.

  • Policies & procedures will be strictly implemented this year for safety and liability prevention.

• Dining Services (Brian – Aramark Communicator)

  • Notify Brian of all events involving food to coordinate with Aramark.

  • Food policy:

  • Events with <75 attendees → personal food allowed.

  • Events with 75+ attendees → Aramark approval required.

  • Push Grubhub to improve efficiency.

  • Encourage keeping dishes in the dining hall.

    • Dining Hours:

      • General: 7 AM – 8 PM (complementary hours open)

      • Breakfast: 8 AM – 9:30 AM

      • Lunch: 11 AM – 1:30 PM

      • Dinner: 5 PM – 8 PM
