CLASS OF 2024 AND BEYOND
English: 4 Credits
English I
English II
English III (or AP Language)
English IV (or AP Literature)
Math: 4 credits
NC Math 1
NC Math 2
NC Math 3
and one of the following:
Math 4, Pre-Calculus, AP Calculus, or AP Statistics
Science: 3 credits
Earth Science (or AP Environmental Science)
Biology
and one of the following:
Physical Science, Chemistry, or AP Physics
Social Studies: 4 credits
World History (or AP World History: Modern)
American History (or AP United States History)
Civic Literacy
Economics & Personal Finance
Health / PE: 1 credit
World Language*: 2 credits
*World Language is NOT required for graduation but a minimum of 2 years is required for admission to 4-year public universities in NC
Additional Electives:
10-12 credits
Additional Electives could include the following:
AP, Arts, CTE, Physical Education, RCC, and other miscellaneous courses
