Here is the Avinu Malkeinu prayer mentioned by Rabbi Lookstein as suggested by the Roshei Yeshiva of Yeshivat Har Etzion to include in the Amida before saying the brachah of Shema Kolainu. This prayer is taken from the Amida for Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur.
