Rank Ceremony and Farewell 2023
Ramanujan's NCC held its first rank ceremony and also bid farewell to its senior cadets. The departure was quite at ease, and this occasion was a great chance to recognize seniors' accomplishments and celebrate their contribution to upholding Ramanujan's NCC framework.
NCC Orientation in collaboration with Sportiesta '23
Ramanujan College’s NCC collaborated with the Sports Department and organized NCC’s orientation day and sports day together on February 16, 2023.
In this event, cadets displayed their endurance, bravery, and dedication via their drill (Marchpast). Commanding Officers of 5DGBN and 6DBN were the guest of honour in the event to whom cadets gave a guard of honour
Speaker Session with JUO Minerva Jaishy
With JUO Minerva Jaishy (AIR 5 CDS OTA SSCW (NCC) SPL Entry (W), NCC Ramanujan had also planned an interactive online session. Cadets gained a deeper understanding of her journey during this session as they learned about her road to receiving two recommendations. In this online session, cadets learned how the NCC experience fosters the growth of leaders who are immersed in their communities, possess strong moral principles, and possess a wealth of knowledge.
Speaker Session with Colonel Neeraj Sood Shaurya Chakra
To inspire cadets to work towards their goals, Ramanujan's NCC conducted an interactive session with Colonel Neeraj Sood Shaurya Chakra. This interactive session helped cadets determine what they wanted to pursue in the future. He shared several exciting encounters that helped him have the confidence to venture out into the real world. The session gave the cadets more self-assurance.
Enrolment of 1st NCC Batch
Ramanujan's NCC is an excellent platform for students that provides a variety of chances and effectively promotes the NCC's objectives. Under the direction of Principal Prof. S.P. Aggarwal and caretaking of Dr. Shikha Singh, and Mr Chandan Kumar Sharma, Ramanujan's NCC (Army Wing) was introduced in October 2022 (5DGBN & 6DBN) and catalyzes cadets who wanted to join the first batch went for their physical fitness, mental fortitude, and leadership skills tests. In total, fifty-four cadets were enrolled in Ramanujan's NCC's first batch 18 in SW (Senior Wing) and 36 in SD (Senior Division) in Army Wing. The cadets completed their physical examination, written examination, and interview to gain admission to NCC.
