Dear Parents/Guardians,

We are happy to welcome you to the 2021-2022 school year! We hope everyone has had a pleasant-restful summer and ready to tackle another school year here at the Ralph Bunche School- P.S. 125. We are looking forward to a productive partnership with you to ensure our children can achieve their highest potential. We recognize that the past few years have been very trying to all of us. It’s our goal to ensure that we ease your and your children’s concerns. Through mutual collaboration between parents and teachers we know we can make this school year a successful one.

We believe that communication between the teacher and parents is very important. Attached to this letter is a supply list of items your scholars will need for this school year. Please understand that some supplies are needed for the classroom and as such do not need to be labeled with your child’s name. The supplies that are needed for the classroom will be specified.

1 small pencil sharpener with cover

1 pack of color pencils

1 pack of crayons

2 packs of pencils (No mechanical pencils please)

1 pack of dry erase parkers

1 pack of permanent markers

7 two pocket folders (plastic preferred)

2 packs of lined loose-leaf paper

1 pair of headphones for digital devices

At least 1 Box of face masks

1 container of disinfecting wipes

1 roll of paper towels

5 composition notebooks

1 twelve-inch Ruler
