Dr. K. Poulose Jacob graduated in Electrical Engineering from Kerala University with Merit Scholarship post matriculate. He completed M.Tech in Electronics and secured PhD in Computer Engineering, both from Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT). Joining CUSAT as a faculty in 1983, he was promoted as Professor of Computer Science in 1994 and was nominated as Head of the Department of Computer Science which position he occupied until 2013 when he was appointed as Pro Vice Chancellor of CUSAT on a four-year tenure. He was officiating Vice Chancellor of CUSAT during January – October 2014. During the period he was on the rolls of CUSAT, he held several academic positions like Chairman of four different Boards of Studies and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering as well as Dean of the Faculty of Technology. He continues as a Member of CUSAT Academic Council in his 25th year. He occupied the NeST Chair Professor at RSET for a two-year tenure since July 2017. Presently, he continues at RSET as Professor and Dean (R & D).

Satish Babu is a Free Software activist, early Internet advocate, and development professional based out of Kerala, India. He is the founding Director of the International Centre for Free and Open Source Software (ICFOSS), an autonomous academic/research institution of the Government of Kerala, India, where he worked from March 2011 to September 2015. He was earlier the CEO of SIFFS, an NGO of small-scale artisanal fishers of south India; a co-founder and President of InApp Information Technologies; and is associated with international and national professional societies such as IEEE, Internet Society (ISOC), ICANN, and the Computer Society of India (CSI). Satish has been active in Internet Governance since the 2009 IGF. He was a Fellow of the 2012 European Summer School in Internet Governance (EuroSSIG). He is associated with ICANN since 2012 and with ISOC as a member since 2009. He was appointed the Interim Chair of the Asian, Australasian and Pacific Islands Regional At-Large Organization (APRALO) of ICANN in Sep 2016, elected as Chair in Nov 2016, and re-elected in May 2018.

The Inter American University of Humanistic Studies USA in recognition of her distinguished achievement in International Level in the field of Special Education- Dyslexia has conferred the Ph.D on her. She has served as Principal for nearly 15 years in Chinmaya Vidyalaya Chennai and Chinmaya Vidyalaya Tripunithura. She has received Awards like Vocational Excellence, Best Teacher, Best Principal, Tamil Nalvazhi Nilayam (Women of Tamilnadu) and has been awarded honorary Paul Harris Fellowship by District Governor W.C.Anand of District in 2001 in appreciation of her noteworthy Contributions in the field of Education. . Her other interest include Acupuncture and Acupressure and has to her credit a Doctorate degree. She has been the Resource person for CBSE CoE & Cambridge University and has conducted workshops and seminars on Psychology – Educational, gender sensitivity and Leadership related topics.

Dr. Anjana Devi Rudra Warrier is working as the Consultant in Ophthalmology in Rajagiri Hospital, Aluva, Ernakulam. She completed MBBS from Govt Medical College ,Trivandrum and MS in Ophthalmology from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal. She has done her Aid fellowship in Cornea and Microsurgery at Aravind Eye Hospital, Coimbatore.

Binu A is working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Information Technology since May 2004. He graduated (M.Tech. Software Engg.) from Dept. of Computer Science, CUSAT , and took his B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engg. from School of Engineering, CUSAT. At present he is doing PhD in Dept. of Computer Science, CUSAT. He is an author of the book “Problem Solving and Computer Programming using C” published by University Science Press, India. He is a recognized trainer and expert for “ICT enabled Learning Management Systems” and “Institutional Repositories”.

Shahul Hameed, graduated Computer Science and Engineering from College of Engineering, Chengannur (affiliated to CUSAT). Currently working as Senior Software Engineer at Peers Solutions, Berlin, Germany. He is the founder of Youth Internet Governance Forum India (recognised by United Nations Internet Governance Forum). He was a NCUC Fellow at ICANN 63 meeting at Barcelona. Asia Pacific School on Internet Governance Fellow (2017) and Steering Committee Member of India School on Internet Governance (2018). He is a former Secretary of Internet Society India Trivandrum Chapter.
