Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology (RSET), established in 2001, is a private self-financing college, which had been affiliated to the Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala from the 2001 to the 2014 admissions, and is affiliated to the A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technological University, Trivandrum, Kerala from the 2015 admissions onwards. The college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi. RSET is an endeavour of the Sacred Heart Province of the Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI) – the first-ever indigenous religious congregation for men in the Syrian Catholic tradition of Christianity in India. The CMI congregation, canonically established in 1855, played a major role in revolutionizing the education scene in Kerala in the late 19th century. Heirs to the profound vision of St. Kuriakose Elias Chavara, one of the founding fathers of the congregation, the CMIs’ have zealously worked towards providing value-based quality education to society at large, irrespective of religious differences, down the centuries. Today, the congregation has more than 400 educational institutions, from schools to professional colleges under its umbrella.
Cyber Security Club, an initiative of Kochi City Police, to make the adolescents aware of cyber crimes and threats in the digital world. The club's mission to make students in Kochi city limits to be completely aware of the digital world and to build a cyber secure community. As part of enhancing Internet security, cybersecurity clubs have been organized at 135 schools in city limits.
The idea is to have a cyber awareness programmes in every school about cybercrimes, cybersecurity, the things that they should be careful about while using the internet, things they should not do and things they should do,etc. The programme also teaches them how they should use their devices so that they can remain safe from cybercriminals. It helps students to be little more cautious about their behavior and to understand their own role in making the internet a safe place. The objective of this initiative is to train the academic community on safety guidelines while using the information highways just as we teach road rules that need to be followed while driving.
The Internet Society (ISOC) is an international, non-profit organization founded in 1992 to provide leadership in Internet related standards, education, and policy. It states that its mission is “to promote the open development, evolution and use of the Internet for the benefit of all people throughout the world”. The Internet Society has its headquarters in Reston, Virginia, United States, (near Washington, D.C.), and offices in Geneva, Switzerland. It has a membership base of more than 130 organizations and more than 55,000 individual members.
The ISOC Trivandrum Chapter was officially chartered and approved on 6th February 2015. The Chapter currently has more than 270 members from across the state of Kerala. ISOC-TRV was admitted as an ALS of ICANN in 2015. The Chapter serves the objectives and purposes of the Internet Society by serving the broad interests of the global Internet community through a local presence, focus on local issues and developments, and use of local languages. ISOC-TRV was instrumental in organizing the first India School of Internet Governance (inSIG 2016) jointly with ISOC Delhi. The Founder-Chair of ISOC-TRV, Satish Babu, took charge as the Chair of APRALO of ICANN from Nov 2016.

The master plan of this world class holistic healthcare complex envisages a state-of-the-art Multi-specialty hospital, Medical College, Dental College, Nursing College,College of Paramedical Sciences and College of Pharmacy, Home for Senior Citizens, Centers for Alternative Medicines, Various Hostels, and Quarters, etc.
