The most important thing to remember is this: DO NOT WORRY!! There will be arrows and signs throughout the building to help you remember which way to walk and what direction each stairway is. Our staff is working diligently to ensure you can safely and comfortably move about the building when the time comes.

Our POWERSURGE initiative is focused on male empowerment. It is a safe space for our young men to bond with eachother and spend quality time with other men within the community. Check out this video where Pastor Marti Robinson explains a little bit more about the program.
Mr. Feltmann
As the 7th Grade Advisor, I am responsible for organizing the 7th Grade Trip, fundraising, & school events. In the past I have created a committee to help with planning and selecting a location for the school trip. Students have also helped with decorating, organizing, & selling tickets for school activities. Students 7th grade year is a very exciting and important year of their educational career. I like to make it fun and encourage students to get involved with all that they can while at The Academy.
Miss Jones
As the 8th Grade Advisor, I will facilitate fundraisers throughout the year in an effort to help pay for our 8th Grade Trip and Carnival Day which take place in June. Throughout the year, we will play games, have competitions and, if and when we get back in the building, sell goods from the school store. Nothing we do will be a success without the help of the 8th Grade students and parents. Miss Jones will be reaching out to you throughout the year to keep you informed... check your school email!
