1. Agreement
By downloading or playing Spire, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Spire. The Google Play Terms of Service (https://play.google.com/about/play-terms/) also apply to your download.
2. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if that is higher. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
3. Your license
You get a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Spire on devices you own or control.
4. Fair play
- Do not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute Spire or its art.
- Do not cheat, tamper with the game, or interfere with how it works.
- Do not generate fake ad activity, for example by repeatedly tapping ads or using bots or scripts.
- Do not use Spire for anything unlawful.
5. Ads and rewards
Spire is free and supported by ads. Optional rewarded ads give in-game benefits, such as continuing a run. These benefits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred. Ads are provided by third parties. I am not responsible for their content or for websites you visit through them. See the Spire Privacy Policy for how ads use information.
6. Ownership
Spire, including its code, art, sound, and name, belongs to Kris Kingston. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Images you create with the Share Score button are yours to share.
7. Changes and availability
I may update, change, or stop offering Spire at any time. Your best height is stored on your device and may be lost if you uninstall Spire or clear its data.
8. Disclaimer
Spire is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Spire, and my total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for Spire or US $10.
10. Ending these terms
If you break these terms, your license ends and you must stop using Spire and uninstall it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Clark County, Washington. If you live elsewhere, you may still have consumer protections that cannot be waived.
12. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to play after that means you accept the updated terms.
